Eastern Oriental Rugs sells physical rugs, many of which are one-of-a-kind, handmade, or vintage. All sales are subject to the following terms.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in original condition, unused, and undamaged.

Rugs that show signs of wear, alteration, cleaning, odor, or damage after delivery will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns must be shipped using a trackable and insured service.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only after the item is received and inspected.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Processing times vary depending on the payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and order details. Claims submitted after this window may be denied.
